Citadel Ghost Defense
PLEASE READ THE DESCRIPTION BEFORE PLAYING
Use mouse to point & shoot.
Press spacebar to change between the 3 characters.
Press 1 to switch between normal projectiles, colored projectiles & shooting both.
Press 2 to switch the colors of the colored projectiles. There is a special colored enemy that can only be killed with colored projectiles.
Those are all the controls required to play.
Make sure you're on the correct character to shoot with.
One is for grabbing gems,
one for support,
one for offense.
The tiny yellow swarm enemies don't deal damage at the moment.
There is no penalty at the moment for letting the yellow enemies pass through the walls.
Play it in fullscreen.
Extra info;
The Shop Keeper is clickable.
The gotchi located at the top attracts all the coins while you select him.
Left side Gotchi shoots gravity-affected projectiles that freeze the enemies.
Right side Gotchi shoots straightline fireballs
& upgradeable boomerangs accessed from the Next page in the upgrades menu.
The Orange Warrior Gotchis automatically pickup the coins if it enters their hitbox.
Citizens deal the same damage as your projectiles and scale with the fireball damage upgrade.
You have multiple weapon upgrades. The frozen projectile needs to be upgraded in the Next weapons page in order to deal damage to frozen enemies.
Blue fireballs pass through 2-6 enemies till you upgrade to black fireballs that can pass through any number of enemies.
There is an option to implement your own SFX & Music, but I haven't tested how well it works in WebGL. Please upload a video file to let me know how it works and what SFX & Music combo you used. Currently it only supports MP3, no WAVs despite Unity supporting WAVs. I personally recommend using this feature only for the PC version since it is RAM intensive. I will provide a download link to the PC version in here.

There currently isn't a save option so 100 lvls will take 100 minutes at least. The upgrade menu acts as a natural pause.
There is a final boss at lvl 100 . He has a special attack where he sits on top of you and if you attempt to shoot it then it deals damage back. You have to switch to your GemGatherer/Vortex character. You get 3 attempts to defeat the boss.
You have a special option before starting the boss fight where you can use your score as your HP but it increases the boss's HP by 5x, still a tiny amount compared to your score after 100 levels.
Using the LAZER weapon is not recommended against this boss.
You can switch weapons inbetween the 3 tries and inbetween levels. I will add a way to switch weapons during levels as an upgrade, but it might require yet another keyboard button which is bad for Android users. There currently is no touchscreen support for this version.
Please provide constructive feedback if this should be a game worth putting money into completing.
Currently all the different types of enemies are set to spawn since lvl 1 instead of gradually.
You start off with a huge amount of money as opposed to only 10 coins as intended.
The small purple enemies will not drop the gems when the match is over, effectively wasting the collected gems. The giant enemy with large HP spawns only if the enemy gathers at least 3 gems.
